Breakfast: This morning I warmed up a leftover Whole Wheat Banana Pancake that I saved in the freezer last week. I was a little weary of how it was going to taste after having been frozen for a few days, but it turned out to be just as good as they had tasted coming fresh from the stove! I also made a half of a serving oatmeal with strawberries, raisins, and cinnamon. All of this is going to be fuel for my 10 mile run today. (Eeek! Wish me luck!)
