The Hungry Runner’s Perfect Push-up Challenge
This challenge comes courtesy of my trainer, RJ. So you can thank HIM for all of the push-ups you are about to do this week. Here’s how it’s going to work:



So, either pick two days out of the upcoming week to complete this challenge. OR Follow me on Twitter and do it along with me! Each time I get down to do my 10 push-ups, I’m going to Tweet: “Perfect Push-up Challenge! GO!" Whenever you see a tweet with that phrase, drop and give me 10!
But! The catch is that they have to be perfect push-ups. Back straight. Tummy tucked in. When you’re down, your elbows are at a 90 degree angle. Straighten your arms without locking your elbows when you come back up to the top. Repeat perfectly 10 times! Deal? Deal!
Every time you do your 10 push-ups Tweet, “@Hungry_Runner I just did 10 push-ups! #PerfectPushUpChallenge”
If you complete the challenge successfully, by the end of the week you should have 20 of these tweets (10 each on two separate days). When the week is over, I’ll enter each of you who completed the challenge into a drawing for a special, mini Hungry Runner prize! (And, if you really want to show off and prove to me what a beast you are, go for more! Take the challenge and dedicate 3 or even 4 days of the week to working on your perfect push-ups. The more times you Tweet about your push-ups, the better the chance you’ll have at winning! There’s no limit, so step it up!) 
Do this, and by the end of the week you’ll have amazing gains in your upper-body strength AND perfect push-up form. WOOO!
