Breakfast: Whole wheat toast with almond butter and a banana.
Holy mother of butter that is made from almonds! Where have you been all of my life?! My dad bought me this jar of pure, almond-y goodness about two weeks ago and it’s just been sitting all lonely and unloved in my pantry because I never knew what to put it on. How stupid of me, because all this time I should have been spreading it on EVERYTHING. Oops! Anyway, not only does it taste like heaven but, my oh my do the healthy almond fats fill your tummy up quite quickly! I only used a very small tablespoon-full and I feel like I’ve eaten an entire horse, which is a miracle for me because I normally need a decadent three-course breakfast fit for a queen to feel full in the morning.
So, have I found a new favorite breakfast? Uh, yeah!
