Let’s do this, Hungry Readers! We’re up to week 11 of the Summertime Slim-down Boot Camp.
For the next four weeks we’re going to be switching it up and adding some pzazz by picking from any of the previous week’s workouts anytime a Hungry Runner Workout is scheduled on the calendar. I wanted to do it this way because this challenge is just as much about learning to love your workouts as it is about actually working out. I want you to pick the workouts from over the past 10 weeks that you loved the most and be excited to get them done!
