Sweet Potato Black Bean Quesadilla with Greek Yogurt Honey Mustard Dressing and Gruyere Cheese
Got tons of requests for this recipe when I shared it as my dinner on Instagram the other day. Here ya go!
Try this for lunch or dinner: sauté 1 cup broccoli, 1/2 cup chopped tomato with diced red onion and 1 tablespoon olive oil. Sprinkle in curry and garlic powder and heat for 3-4 minutes. Add. 1/3 cup black beans and heat for another 1-2 minutes. Wrap vegetables in a whole wheat tortilla wrap and enjoy. (Also tastes great with feta cheese!)
Tastes-like-cake Blueberry-Banana Protein Smoothie!
All you need is 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, 1/2 of a banana, 1/3 scoop Pure Protein Vanilla Creme protein powder, 3 spoonfuls non-fat plain Greek yogurt, and 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk. Throw it all in the blender, mix, then serve. Perfect for post-workout!
