Chocolate Covered Katie: Healthier Chocolate Cake
I tried this for the first time yesterday. It’s dairy-free and ready in less than an hour! If you’re looking for a mind-blowing chocolate cake experience, this is not it. But it’s definitely good and totoally meets my sweet tooth standards! I threw some chocolate chips into the batter to make it even more chocolatey because you can never have too much chocoalte, and that is fact. Next time, I’ll make two of these, throw some icing in between, and turn it into a layer cake. YUM!
