I wish I had had resources like this while I was still in school. I wish I had been smart enough to figure out that 20 minutes on the elliptical, twice a week wasn’t quite going to cut it for my weight loss goals. Especially when I was having fried buffalo chicken wraps for lunch and pizza for dinner every week!
Well now I know. And if you’re still in school, you do too! You know that strength training and building muscle is important for weight loss and that if you add moves like this to your routine, you’ll start to see progress MUCH quicker. And even if you’re not in school, wherever you are in life… You can do these exercises anywhere! So… no excuses! Get to work!
