Breakfast: “Flap Jacked” Banana-Hazelnut Protein Pancakes. I’m usually so against pre-packaged baked good mixtures of any kind but this one truly has no artificial ingredients. Unfortunately its oat flour base didn’t make for the best-textured pancakes (not fluffy enough!), but for a protein pancake they didn’t taste chalky at all, which is a huge pro! I probably won’t try them again (I could make my own just as easily), but it’s good to know this is one of the better pre-packaged options out there!
